We haven’t made enemies with anyone – Kelvynboy

Didi, manager of afrobeat act, Kelvyn Boy, has reacted after the attack on his artist, saying they did not know that as young people in pursuit of their dreams, they had attracted any enemies.

Speaking in an interview with DJ Advicer on the Ayekoo After-Drive, which airs on Happy98.9fm, he noted that they have always moved around with a free and clean mind, however, moving forward, security will become a top priority for them, so as to shield them from any of such attacks in the future.

“Initially, we thought we were just young boys pursuing our dreams, wanting to do music in a difficult place like Ghana. We didn’t know that in pursuit of our dreams, we had created enemies for ourselves”, he said.

Didi confessed that Kelvyn Boy had told him sometime back of a few threats that had been coming in, nevertheless, they were always with a free mind and spirit and the ‘Mea’ hitmaker, even after this attack, is quite calm and in the comfort of his home.

According to him, they have no problem with anyone in Ashaiman or in Ghana generally, hence, they are not exactly pinpointing anyone as the brain behind the attack.

The Ghanaian afrobeat artiste,KelvynBoy, in a trending video spotted on social media earlier today, seemed to have received some sounding slaps by a man identified as Kelly, one of Stonebwoy’s former bodyguards.

This happened during the launch of a new branch of one of the biggest appliance shops in the country in Ashaiman, which the artiste was called upon to grace.
