The A&C Mall in East Legon has confirmed that a solar panel structure in its parking lot collapsed during heavy rains on Tuesday March 25, 2025, damaging over 80 vehicles.

In an official statement, A&C Development blamed the incident on the heavy rainfall, but assured the public that swift measures were being taken to address the situation. Fortunately, no injuries were recorded .

Management expressed regret over the incident and reassured patrons of their commitment to resolving the issue promptly.

“Our team, along with the relevant authorities, is on-site to manage the situation and ensure a swift resolution,” part of the statement reads.

A&C Development also apologized for any inconvenience caused and reaffirmed its dedication to ensuring visitor safety.
