The most anticipated Christian program on Happy 98.9 FM, the Happy Bible Quiz has been launched. The 2024 edition of the bible contest was launched on 7th August 2024, on the ‘Nsem Pii’ show.

The primary objective of the Happy Bible Quiz is to encourage scripture readings and study, and contribute to the attainment of the Great Commission. The bible quiz motivates individuals to study and read the bible, leading to deeper understanding of God’s word and also to promote healthy and a friendly competitive environment amongst churches in the country.

The “Happy Bible Quiz” which is dedicated to the Christian community will see churches in the country contest each other on who wins the bragging rights as the ‘el-supremo’ of biblical knowledge.

The intensive 5- week competition will test the knowledge of participants on scripture readings, carry your sword and a host of bible trivia.

The Project Lead, Issac Addae, speaking during the launch disclosed the quiz will start on Sunday 15th September, 2024 and end on Sunday, 17th November, 2024 from 6 pm to 8 pm every Sunday. “As we launch the Happy Bible Quiz, we are excited to let you know that interested participants can pick up registration forms at the front desk of Happy FM, Asylum Down or call 0245957852 or send a message to the number via WhatsApp to receive an online version of the registration forms.

“Apart from learning the word of God and building on ones spiritual life, participants and their churches stand the chance of taking home amazing prizes from sponsors and the Happy FM brand,” he added.

Richard Ofori, Regional Operations Manager of the Bible Society of Ghana, a key partner to the Happy Bible Quiz said: “our main objective is to translate the bible version of Greek, Hebrews and Arabic into our local Ghanaian languages, and ensure no one is deprived of God’s word. Our collaboration with Happy FM over the years is to part of our goal and the realization of this mandate. Together with Happy FM, the word of God will reach every part of the world and change the lifestyle of numerous individuals through the Happy Bible Quiz.

The 4th edition of Happy Bible quiz offers engaging and fun ways to explore and appreciate bible literature, captivating the attention of both Christians and non- Christians. Join us every Sunday, starting 15th September from 6pm to 8pm to discover Christ’s teachings and deepen your understanding of the bible.
