Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has left scores wondering what a post of his on social media could literally mean after being left out of the Black Stars squad successively after the appointment of Kwesi Appiah as Black Stars head coach.
Agyemang Badu, in an Instagram post, said “You can’t retire a King” and many have inferred that the post could potentially be geared at the handlers of the national football team.
While some of the football fans hold this view, others who aren’t connected to football, are looking at the comment from other angles including the post being a popular aphorism which could have no connection to football whatsoever.
