Ghana internationals, Afriyie Acquah and Kevin-Prince Boateng were shown a reds in mid-week while in action for their respective clubs.
card in UD Las Palmas 4-1 defeat to Real Sociedad on Wednesday night in a Spanish La Liga fixture.

Boateng was shown a straight red card in the 31st minute following a late tackle on a Sociedad player in UD Las Palmas’ 4-1 loss to Real Sociedad.
The former AC Milan player was handed a starting role by his manager Quique Setién who was hoping to maintain their good start to the season.
Las Palmas dropped to fifth place on nine points in the five-week old La Liga season.
The straight red card means Boateng would miss Las Palmas home test against Real Madrid on Saturday and an away trip to Osasuna on October 1.
Meanwhile, Afriyie Acquah was red-carded for a two-footed lunge in Torino’s 0-0 draw at newly-promoted Serie A side Pescara on Wednesday night.

Acquah had earlier received a yellow card for tripping a Pescara player but gave the referee no choice moments later with his late lunge in the 45th minute.
Acquah was the second Torino player who did not complete the game as his veteran teammate Guiseppe Vives was also given his marching orders i n the 78th minute for a late tackle.
The 24-year-old was making his fifth Serie A appearance of the season for Torino.
He will now miss Torino’s next match against AS Roma at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino.
Torino dropped further to 14th place on the Serie A league log after winning only one of their opening five matches (two draws, two losses and one win).
