Founder of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP) has been arrested by the police in the Ashanti Region for allegedly defruading a trader to a tune of GH ¢10,500
According to the complainant, Ama Yeboah, she bought a parcel of land from Akua Donkor in 2009. She said relatives of Akua Donkor warned her to stay away from the land in question. She said, she had called Madam Donkor to complain about the development but all efforts to reach her proved futile.
Mrs. Yeboah said she had a hint that Akua Donkor was in Kumasi and reported the matter to Police for her arrest. Madam Donkor has been asked by the police to write her statement.
