Hundred of football fans thronged Sabon Zongo, near the International Central Gospel Church (Christ Temple) when Ghana’s number one sports station, Happy FM and Cowbell Ghana brought a live coverage of the 2017 AFCON Group D games to the people.
The first game of the day saw the Black Stars of Ghana beat the Cranes of Uganda 1-0 while the second game had Mali and Egypt playing out a goalless draw game.
It was a fun-filled atmosphere as several activities took place at the venue which included ball juggling, brain teasers and dance competitions.
Several fans walked away with prizes while Cowbell Choco-malt was served to refresh the fans.
The next stop will be on Saturday at the Bukom Park for the Ghana vs Mali game as well as the Egypt and Uganda clash.
