Members of Parliament belonging to the National Democratic Congress namely Nii Lante Vanderpuye and Alfred Okoe Vanderpuye have retained the Odododiodio constituency and Ablekuma South constituency respectively.
Nii Lante Vanderpuye polled a total of 41,446 votes leading his main contender Nii Lante Bannerman by 6,559 votes.
Meanwhile, Alfred Okoe Vanderpuije was in the lead with 36,896 while his main contender Bernard Brown polled 23,498 votes.
Both the Odododiodio and Ablekuma South constituencies are strongholds of the NDC.
