Joel Fameye handed starting berth against Morocco

Black Stars coach Charles Kwabla Akonnor has named FC Orenburg forward Joel Femeyeh in his starting line up to face Morocco on Tuesday night.

The former Asokwa Deportivo striker got a late call up to join the team and is set to make his debut against the Atlas Lions of Morocco in this international friendly.

Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Razak Abalorah will be in post.

Gideon Mensah, Daniel Amartey, Nicholas Opoku and Andy Yiadom play in defence.

Mallorca’s Baba Iddrisu and Emmanuel Lomotey will provide cover for the defenders in midfield.

Speedster Samuel Owusu, Mohammed Kudus are expected to provide support upfront for Joel Femeyeh and Jordan Ayew as they lead the attack.

Jordan Ayew is expected to captain the team in today’s game in the absence of brother Andre Ayew.
