Senior Prophet of the Universal Christ Church, Prophet Gabriel Twumasi, has asserted that any man of God who condemns the use of herbs will not make it to heaven.

According to him, God made all Pastors herbalists and he does not understand why some men of God will condemn the use of herbs.

“I hear a lot of people say if you’re a pastor and you believe in the use of herbs, you’re a herbalist and not a pastor. But I boldly disagree with this statement,” he emphasized.

He told Rev Nyansa Boakwa on Happy 98.9 FM’s NsemPii, “Even God was a herbalist and in the early days, any man of God who was said to be powerful was one who was a herbalist or included herbs in everything they did”.

He added that herbs were and are still being used for almost everything in our everyday lives including healing the sick, making poison, cooking and everything. “If as a man of God, you still go ahead to condemn their use, then it shows you are not from God and will not make it to heaven,” he highlighted.

The prophet explained that, God gave all power to the solar system after creation because he is a spiritual being hence, “He gave the sun power to control the earth so naturally, the sun and herbs work hand in hand.”

He furthered that, the sun rays falls on the herbs and gives it the nutrients we need, hence the reason herbs are full of nutrients that work is because their source come directly from the sun.

The prophet advised men of God who condemn the use of herbs to put a stop to such because it is not fetish as they were created by God for a purpose.

“The only challenge is that people are yet to realize the purpose and reason for which God created each herb,” he stated.
