All sin is equal before God – Prophet emphasizes

Prophet Seth Arthur of the Heaven Chosen Prayer Ministries, has mentioned that no sin is greater than the other.

According to him, a lot of people try to distinguish sin and categorize them, but he noted that all sin is one and cannot be separated from the other.

Talking to Kwabena Boafo on Happy 98.9 FM’s Boneka Edition of the NsemPii show, he said, “In the Bible, David offended God and still faced the consequences. It did not matter how big or small the offense was because he still faced what he deserved.”

He explained that, whether one kills, lies or cheats, that does not matter because, “so far as the kind of offense or what you did is against God’s word, you will all face the same consequences.”

Prophet Seth said, “You might think your offense was small based on what exactly you did but know now that there is nothing as a small sin in God’s sight. He sees all wrongs as the same whether big or small.”

He added that sometimes the consequences might not or might be the same or there might be no consequences at all “but all this does not change the fact that all sin is equal before God.”
