HappyFM launches ‘Happy Sports Quiz’

Ghana’s foremost radio brand in the area of Sports, Happy98.9FM has officially unveiled its highly anticipated ‘Happy Sports Quiz’.

The ‘Happy Sports Quiz’ which has been in the brand’s catalogue of events over the years will see sports enthusiasts answer questions on the various sporting disciplines, and compete amongst each other for the bragging rights of ‘Sports Trivia Kingpins’.

The prize packed quiz will see successful contestants walk away with numerous prizes.

Programs Manager of Happy98.9FM, ElWood Mantey shedding more light on the ‘Happy Sports Quiz’ indicated, “Although the Happy Sports Quiz has been launched today, the contest will take off on November 2, 2021. The quiz will take place on our Happy Sports show twice weekly, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 am prompt.

He noted that the first five callers to get through the phone lines on the selected days will get the chance to partake in the quiz.

Head of Sports for Happy98.9FM, Odiasempa Kwame Oware sharing the technicalities of the quiz added that that ten winners out of the lot will proceed to the elimination round which will begin on December 7, 2021.

“The four who will qualify to the finals will come face to face with each other on December 14, 2021 at the HappyFM/e,TV Ghana premises, Asylum Down.”

He charged sports enthusiasts to partake in the ‘Happy Sports Quiz’ to not only learn about the game they love best
