Hasaacas Ladies Star Evelyn Badu, says she looks up to Barcelona legend Andreas Iniesta as her idol in her football career.
The youngster was adjudged the Best player and top scorer in the maiden edition of the CAF Women’s Champions League tournament staged in Egypt.
Badu scored five goals in the tournament to help the WAFU Zone B champions secure a place in the finals.
She was also named in the Team of the tournament after the competition.
“I was happy to have won the best player of the competition. I will like to thank my teammates for their support and assistance.
“We did our best in the tournament and it’s unfortunate we couldn’t win”, she said in an interview on Wamputu Sports with Joe Debrah on Happy 98.9FM
