King Faisal currently sit on top of the league table with two points difference to second-placed Aduana Stars after recording a 1-0 win over Elmina Sharks at the Baba Yara Stadium in the latest round of the Ghana Premier League. Ibrahim Osman’s goal in the first period of the game secured all three points for Alhaji Grunsah’s club.

Aduana Stars remain undefeated in their last five fixtures against Accra Great Olympics. Prince Acquah’s second-minute goal was sealed the win for Aduana at the Nana Agyeman Badu Stadium in Dormaa.

Samuel Boakye’s 87th-minute goal for Dreams FC could not stand the test of time in their encounter with Eleven Wonders at the Ohene Ameyaw Park as Abbas Ganui’s last minute gap equalizer handed Eleven Wonders a point in a 1-1 draw game.

AshantiGold also recorded their third win of the season after seven matches with a 1-0 narrow win away to WAFA at the Sogakope Stadium, while Patrick Ansu’s early goal lead grabbed all three points for Medeama against Real Tamale United at the Aliu Mahama Stadium in Tamale.

Karela United made the job look easy as they put three goals pass Accra Lions at the CAM Park. Ebenezer Ocran settled the game with the third goal of the game after Umar Basiru’s goal from the penalty spot and George Amomoo scored in the first half of the game.

Legon Cities have amassed just seven points out of seven matches played and are still without a win in their last five fixtures after their goalless draw to Bechem United at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The resilience from Bibiani Gold Stars paid off in their 1-0 victory over Bechem United at the Duns Park. Prince Kwabena Owusu’s goal was the difference between the two sides as the Golden boys sit seventh on the league table with 10 points leveled with Bechem.

The much-anticipated encounter between Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko was postponed and is scheduled to take place on the Wednesday December 22 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
