Ghana forward Daniel Afriyie has commenced training with his new club FC Zurich.

The former Hearts of Oak star joined the Swiss side in the January transfer window from Ghanaian side Hearts of Oak

The 21-year-old signed a four-year deal with the side on Tuesday after flying to Zurich to complete formalities.

The details of the contract remain undisclosed, according to the club.

He spent three seasons at Hearts of Oak, winning the Ghana Premier League and two FA Cup with the Accra-based club.

Afriyie previously played for Madina Republicans and Rahimo FC.
