Ghanaian actress and socialite, Efia Odo has disclosed that she is paid to attend most of the events she’s seen at.
According to her, she doesn’t appear at any event if she’s not being paid.
Speaking to Akua Sika on Happy 98.9FM’s Happy Evening Drive, she said, “90% of the time, all the events I attend are paid for. I like to stay indoors a lot so you hardly will see me out but most people don’t know this”.
She emphasized that because of her personality, most people assume she is outgoing when she will rather stay at home to watch a documentary or read a book.
“Anything that will get me out of the house should be very important, and it has to be beneficial to me. Most of the birthday parties and other social events I attend are paid for. Either than that, if I’m invited somewhere and it won’t be beneficial to me I don’t go at all,” she revealed.
