General Manager of Dreams FC, Ameenu Shardow, has expressed his side’s unwavering determination to secure a spot in the CAF Confederations Cup main tournament when they face FC Kallon of Sierra Leone in the second round of qualifiers.

The first leg of the encounter will be played on Friday September 15 at the Accra Sports Stadium.

With the first leg of Dreams FC’s crucial qualifying match just around the corner, Shadow emphasized the importance of a resounding victory to set the stage for a successful campaign.

“We want a resounding victory on Friday so we have a very good first-leg advantage,” Shadow declared with confidence. “Preparations have been put in place, and the team is psychologically ready. In terms of our football, we are ahead of our opponents, but it doesn’t mean we will underestimate them. We will do everything possible to qualify for the main tourney; be sure that is the goal,” he said in an interview on Happy FM’s Wamputu Sports.

Making their maiden appearance in the CAF Confederations Cup tournament , Dreams defeated Milo FC 3-2 on aggregate in the first round of the preliminary round.
