Mama Love, the Women’s Organizer at Kalisco polling station (Kpong Katamanso) has disclosed allegations of financial incentives being offered to delegates in the ongoing New Patriotic Party (NPP) Presidential Primaries.

In an exclusive interview with Sefa Danquah on Happy FM, Mama Love revealed that there is a compiled list of delegates who are reportedly receiving money to influence their votes in the primary.

However, Mama Love, who is herself a delegate, made it clear that she had taken a principled stance against accepting any money as an inducement to vote.

These accusations have reportedly complicated the already fierce battle as the NPP’s flagbearer contest progresses. Prominent individuals running for the party’s flagbearership position include Kennedy Agyapong and Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia. Former Mampong MP Francis Addai-Nimoh and former Minister for Agriculture Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto are also running.
