David Moyes, head coach of West Ham United, has revealed that the timing for Mohammed Kudus’s arrival at the Black Stars camp for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) remains undecided.
The Ghana star showcased his skills in Arsenal’s recent match, contributing to their 2-0 victory in the English Premier League.
In a post-match interview, Moyes expressed his desire to include Mohammed Kudus in the upcoming game against Brighton & Hove Albion but highlighted the unusual absence of confirmed dates for their African Nations players.
“Mo is a crucial player for us, so we’re optimistic about his availability to face Brighton,” Moyes stated.
The impending clash between West Ham and Brighton is slated for Tuesday, January 2, 2024, coinciding with the commencement of the Black Stars’ camp in Kumasi for their 2023 AFCON preparations.”
