Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta has been relieved of his duties, alongside several other key ministers.

Among those exiting their positions are Road Minister Kwame Amoako-Atta, Health Minister Kwaku Agyemang Manu, and Interior Minister Ambrose Dery.

The reshuffle, announced via a press release from the presidency on Wednesday, February 14, has seen the appointment of new figures to crucial roles.

Dr. Bernard Okoe Boye and Sylvester Tetteh have been named as replacements, stepping into prominent positions within the government.

Information Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has been reassigned to the Housing Ministry, while his deputy, Fatimatu Abubakar, has been promoted to take over the role of Information Minister.

This reshuffling extends beyond just a few key positions, impacting approximately 13 ministers of state, including 10 cabinet ministers and two regional ministers.

The move is said to signify a strategic realignment within the administration, potentially signaling new directions and priorities for the nation’s governance and policy objectives.
