The Asokore Mampong District Court has been informed by police prosecutors that they are currently awaiting guidance from the Attorney General’s Office regarding the next steps in the case involving actor Kwadwo Nkansah, also known as Lil Win.

Actor Kwadwo Nkansah, , was released on GH¢50,000 bail with two sureties and was asked to appear before the court on Thursday June 27 after his arrest on Monday, June 3, 2024. The arrest stemmed from a fatal car accident involving the actor’s vehicle, which tragically resulted in the death of a young child, aged three.

The Prosecutor has submitted the case files to the Attorney General’s Office for review and is awaiting guidance on how to proceed.

According to Lil Win’s lawyer, Nana Bonsu Kyeretwie, the advice from the Attorney General’s Office will determine their future course of action in the case.

The court has scheduled the next hearing for July 29, 2024, and the case has been temporarily adjourned until then.
