The West African Examinations Council says it would release the actual results of this year’s BECE soon, as the provisional results give room for any candidate to seek redress over his or her results.

Speaking with Kwadwo Sefah Danquah on the Happy Morning Show, the Public Relations Officer for the West African Examinations Council, John Kapi, said the council is giving room for any candidate who is not satisfied with his or her results to seek redress as the council prepares to release the final results.

‘’Provisional results in the sense that if anyone is having a problem with a particular subject and seeks redress, then we work on them for the next three months to release the results’’.

According to him, the council is printing out the results of all candidates to the various Metropolitan, Municipal and District Education Directorate for candidates to go through their results.

‘’In the meantime we are printing the results to all the Metropolitan, Municipal and District Education Directorates for them to check their results’’.

He added that the council has provided a platform for candidates to check their results.
