Presidential Candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has promised to prioritize development in Kwabre East constituency in the Ashanti Region, when voted into power.

According to him, the constituency has always remained loyal to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for years hence his promise to make them a priority.

Speaking during his community connect campaign trail in the Ashanti Region, Dr. Bawumia assured them of completing all roads within the constituency.

“You have been the NPP’s highest voter in Ghana and you are our number one.”

He added that, “ I will complete all developmental projects in the area, bring jobs to the area. I will prove to you (Kwabre East) that you are my number one”.

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia made this promise in recognition of the constituency’s strong support for the NPP, where the party won by over 62,000 votes in 2020.
