The Chamber for Petroleum Consumers (COPEC) has predicated a drop in fuel prices from Saturday November 16, 2024.

The Prices are expected to drop by 5.06% for petrol and 3.88% for diesel.

The price for Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) will also see a drop to about 1.14%.

The drop according to COPEC can be attributed to the decline in prices of crude on the world market by 0.72% from $ 74.63 per barrel to $74.09 per barrel within the period though the Cedi continues to depreciate.

Petrol is expected to sell at GHc13.582 per litre while diesel will sell for GHc14.578 per litre.
