Kwabena Baidoo, a former Hasaacas FC player has been confirmed dead in a motor accident during a celebration of NDC’s election victory.
The incident which occurred on Monday, December 9, 2024 in the Ellembelle District came as a shock to his family.
Emmanuel Quarm, the brother of the deceased confirmed that Baidoo was jubilating when the accident claimed his life.
Jubilation by NDC supporters started across the country when NPP presidential candidate Dr. mahamudu Bawumia conceded defeat to John Dramani Mahama before an official declaration of Presidential results by the Electoral Commission.
However, the Chairperson of Electoral Commission on Monday December 9, 2024 officially declared John Dramani Mahama President elect after securing 6, 328, 397 votes representing 56.55%.
