TRAGIC: KNUST third year student and another unidentified individual lose their lives after being hit by trotro

A third year Geography student of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) identified as Afua Dedaa Osae-Atuah and one other individual have met their untimely deaths after a speeding trotro vehicle hit them in Kumasi.

The deceased were seen in CCTV footage standing by the roadside.

On the footage, the commercial vehicle was seen speeding and suddenly losing control, veering off the road before hitting the deceased.

The trotro was also seen somersaulting on the pavement after crushing the two individuals.

According to eyewitnesses the two individuals died on the spot
