The National Democratic Congress Party office at Mankranso in the Ahafo Ano South West Constituency of the Ashanti Region has been set ablaze by irate youth of the party.
Other properties belonging to the party including chairs, motorbikes, television sets and other items were burnt.
According to the youth, the party executives did not handle the Parliamentary results outcome well resulting in the defeat of their candidate, Abubakar Sadick.
The youth who registered their displeasure through a demonstration accused the party executives of conniving with the NPP to hand over the seat to the NPP candidate, Elvis Osei Mensah even though their candidate emerged winner.
The youth also threatened party executives both Constituency and National that they will physically attack them if they make an attempt to visit the party office.
