Disregard fake appointment letter-Alan's Special Advisor on communications

A Special Advisor on Communication for Alan John Kwadwo Kyeremanten, Leader and Founder of Movement for change, Kwame Owusu Danso has debunked reports that, President John Mahama has appointed Alan Kyeremanten as acting Chief Director tasked with establishing the 24 Hour Economy.

According to Kwame Owusu Danso, the appointment letter circulating on social media is fake and should be disregarded.

Mr. Owusu Danso in a statement posted to his official Facebook page on Friday January 17, 2025 unequivocally condemned the malicious fabrication.

He stated that, the fake appointment letter is an attempt to create confusion and misinform the public.

He appealed to all to remain vigilant and verify any information through credible and official channels to avoid misinformation.

“Let us work together to maintain the integrity of our public discourse”, the statement added.

“Alert: Fake Appointment Letter Circulating

The attention of the office of HE Alan Kyerematen has been drawn to a fake appointment letter purportedly issued by the Office of the President. This letter falsely claims to appoint Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen to manage the proposed 24hr Economy initiative.

We unequivocally condemn this malicious fabrication and urge the general public to disregard this letter in its entirety. This blatant attempt to create confusion and misinformation will not be tolerated.

We appeal to all citizens to remain vigilant and verify information through credible and official channels to avoid spreading misinformation. Let us work together to maintain the integrity of our public discourse.

Please treat this fake appointment letter with the contempt it deserves.”
