Golden Arms Begin Camping In Accra On Thursday

The Ghana Armwrestling National Team, Golden Arms, will begin a non-residential training at the Accra Sports Stadium on Thursday, May 11, 2017.
According to the Ghana Armwrestling Federation (GAF), the team will have their training sessions on Thursdays and Saturdays until the team’s international trainer arrives in Ghana on May 24.
The Golden Arms will later move into a residential camp for a full month ahead of the African Armwrestling Championship in Lagos Nigeria on June 28, 2017

These selected athletes gained the prestigious right to form the maiden National Armwrestling Team after participating in the most talked about National Armwrestling Open Championship held in April.
