President John Dramani Mahama has revealed that, USD 400 million was spent on the Agenda 111 project, describing it as a “Knee- jerk” reaction during the COVID – 19 pandemic.

President Mahama indicated that, “if this amount had been used appropriately, it would have completed and made operational about 22 of these hospitals”
