The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Christian Tetteh Yohuno, has announced major command changes within the Ghana Police Service.
As part of these changes, COP/Mrs. Maame Yaa Tiwa Addo-Danquah, Director-General of R&P, and COP/Mr. Paul Manly Awini from the Service Workshop in Accra, have been appointed to the newly reconstituted 31-member Police Management Board.
These adjustments aim to enhance the effective management and operational efficiency of the Ghana Police Service.
The announcement was made in an official statement issued on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, and signed by Assistant Commissioner of Police Grace Ansah-Akrofi, Director of Public Affairs.
The newly constituted Police Management Board includes:
