Former Assin Central Member of Parliament, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, has urged his supporters to remain calm following his legal tussle with journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
Addressing supporters at his campaign office in Shiashie upon his return to Ghana on Thursday, March 27, Mr. Agyapong expressed gratitude for their unwavering support. He assured them that he would formally respond to the case at the appropriate time.
Despite the court’s decision, Ken Agyapong remains resolute, asserting that his experiences had only strengthened his commitment to seeking justice and truth. Known for his outspoken nature, he reaffirmed his dedication to his advocacy, vowing not to be deterred by legal challenges.
“We should all stay calm, nobody should worry, because anyone who decides to speaks the truth and fight for the voiceless will go through these challenges. And through this ordeal, I have become a better person, and I will continue to fight and defend the truth,” he said.
