Prez Mahama vows legal action against contractors over double payments

President John Dramani Mahama is expected to swear- in the seven newly approved supreme court’s justices today.

The swearinb in ceremony will take place at the Jubilee House, Accra, where President Mahama is to administer their oath of office.

The Justices received unanimous parliamentary approval earlier this year in accordance with Article 144 of the 1992 Constitution.

The newly approved Supreme Court Justices are:

1. Justice Sir Dennis Dominic Adjei
2. Justice Gbiel Simon Suurbaareh
3. Justice Senyo Dzamefe
4. Justice Kweku Tawiah Ackaah-Boafo
5. Justice Philip Bright Mensah
6. Justice Janapare Bartels-Kodwo
7. Justice Hafisata Amaleboba
