The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the release of all outstanding feeding grants for Special Schools as well as payments for perishables owed to Senior High Schools (SHS) and Senior High Technical Schools (SHTS) across the country.

In a statement issued and signed by the Head of Public Relations, Daniel Fenyi on December 12, 2025, , GES confirmed that the feeding grant covers the 3rd Term of the 2024/2025 academic year and the 1st Term of the 2025/2026 academic year for all Special Schools.

The statement further noted that all outstanding payments for perishables supplied to SHS and SHTS between July 29 and October 17, 2025, have also been settled.

According to GES, the funds have been successfully transferred into the accounts of all Special Schools, SHS, and SHTS nationwide.

Management has urged heads of institutions to acknowledge receipt through their respective Regional Accountants.

GES reaffirmed its commitment to supporting effective teaching, learning, and inclusive education, and called on all heads of schools to cooperate in ensuring the smooth implementation of its interventions.
