Ghana’s men’s 4x100m relay team has booked its place in the final of the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow after producing an impressive performance in the heats.
The Ghanaian quartet finished second in their heat with a season-best of 38.40 seconds, comfortably securing automatic qualification for the medal race. The performance keeps Ghana firmly in contention for a podium finish as the nation’s sprinters continue their strong showing at the Games.
The relay team will now shift its focus to the final, where they will battle some of the Commonwealth’s fastest sprint nations for medals. Ghana will be aiming to build on its excellent heat performance and deliver another outstanding run in the championship race.
All eyes will be on the Ghana team as they aim to deliver another outstanding performance and make the podium.
