All roads will lead to the Kumasi City Mall car park on Saturday, July 1 as YFM, Ghana’s number one urban radio station, hosts yet another edition of its popular musical jam dubbed ‘Area Codes Jam’.
The event, put together by YFM and sponsored by Guinness Ghana, is expected to light up Ashanti regional capital, especially as it will be the first time this year that a number of celebrated Ghanaian artistes will come together on one stage at the Kumasi City Mall.
According to the organizers, Rapper Yaa Pono, Flowking Stone, AK Songstress, Strongman, Kojo Cue, Eye Judah, Sorakiss and Cabum among other hiplife heavyweights are expected to put up groundbreaking performances at the event dubbed the biggest Republic Day concert for 2017.
Speaking about the event, Ms Naa, Station Manager of YFM stated “Area Codes Jam has over the years maintained a high standard as the number one event in Ghana that brings entertainment to the doorsteps of the youth. This year’s Republic Day edition promises to be bigger, better with power-packed performances from some top Ghanaian artistes.”
The event is expected to draw several dozens of music lovers in the whole of Kumasi and its environs to the City Mall on the fateful day.
