After grueling semi-final contests, three giants; Adisadel College, Prempeh College and ST. Thomas Aquinas have qualified for the grande finale slated for Thursday at the national theatre.
Defending champions Adisadel College, who are bent on achieving a back-to-back feat, made it three finals on the spin following their victory over Ghana National College and University Practice S.H.S in an all Cape Coast affair.
Prempeh College, having won their last competition in 2015, are looking at staging a comeback after dispatching Mfantsipim School and Mawuli School in their semi final contest.
Record winners, Presec, got the shock of their lives when they were thumped by fellow Accra school ST. Thomas Aquinas in their contest as Kumasi High looked on.
This year’s finalist; Adisadel colllege, Prempeh college and ST. Thomas Aquinas are all former winners of the competion and are expected to light up the National Theatre on Thursday for the Grande finale.
