Hiplife artiste Gasmilla has explained why he chooses females over men to manager him.
In an exclusive interview with Doctor Cann on Happy FM’s Showbiz Xtra, Gasmilla said “My former manager believes in my talent so much that, I knew she could do the work, but she had school and other things that prevented her from doing the work”.
The ‘Telemo’ hit maker further explained that his new manager, Raby Brew has a lot of charisma.
“If I say charisma, I mean when she puts her mind on something she does it well, she actually makes it work. She is into corporate business and has never manage any artist before, this is her first time in the music industry,” he added.
When asked why most artistes part ways with their managers, Gasmilla disclosed that “The moment you make the artist fell like he or she doesn’t need you as a manager, it doesn’t matter, whether you are a male or a female you are gone, this is because the artist has to feel that he or she need someone to get to the next level, not to pull him or her back.”
