Veteran Hiplife artiste, Tic Tac is furious about the fact that self-acclaimed Dancehall musician Shatta Wale expressed his sentiments on his walking out of the GH One interview.
Speaking on Happy FM’s ‘Showbiz Xtra’ hosted by Doctar Cann, Tic Tac explained Shatta Wale’s commendations were “childish and disrespectful.”
He added, this is another disrespect for me. That’s just like a sarcastic approach to the whole issue. He should just be careful with those things. I don’t want to be in that game with him,” he clarified.
The Kangaroo hit maker explained, “I don’t know why they played visuals of Shatta Wale’s video instead of mine. I respected the host very well. I would have done something disrespectful so I decided to leave silently which was the best decision at that moment. Since I honored their invite to host me in an interview I definitely knew my new tracks would be promoted but why the other way round,” he cited.
According to the multiple award winner Tic Tac, he wasn’t pleased with the attitude put up by the host who is very experienced and in the job for a very long time. He further detailed that travelling around the world has shown him how international Journalist conduct their interviews so he is very familiar with how guest are treated when booked for an interview.
Tic Tac recently won a law suit against Melcom and took home GH¢300,000.00.
