A former Member of Parliament (MP) for Ahafo Ano South in the Ashanti Region has prevailed on the two Deputy of Chiefs Staff who have been exonerated by the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice(CHRAJ) to sue Kwame Obeng Asare otherwise known as A-plus in the music industry for  tarnishing their public image.
According to Stephen Balado Manu, the loud –mouth musician has tarnished the image of the two gentlemen namely Samuel Abu Jinapo and Asenso-Baokye all deputy Chiefs of Staff at the presidency.
The two gentlemen should have headed straight to the court the very moment CHRAJ gave its ruling on the matter of corruption brought against them by some elements in the main opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) on the premise of what A-Plus said about them  he noted.
If I were the gentlemen I would have headed to the court for the gentlemen(A-Plus) who claimed they(deputy Chiefs) have been taking fat bribes at the Flag Staff House to come and prove the allegations of corruption.
This must not be allowed to continue,  people must be held responsible for their utterances the former MP noted.
Mr. Balado Manu made this statement on the ‘Epa Hoa Daben’ show hosted by Kwame Afrifa –Mensah on Accra –based Happy FM.
If the two gentlemen had headed to the court and slapped heavy damages on their accuser, the elements in the opposition party will not go to town with the mere allegations coming from a frenzy individual like A-Plus.
These gentlemen should slapped hefty court damages on him to serve as deterrent for him opening his mouth wide he said.
