A political science lecturer at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in the Ashanti regional capital has doff his hat for the Managing Editor of Insight newspaper for asking the president an apt question during his encounter with the press at the Flag Staff House.
According to Dr. Samuel Adu -Gyamfi, Mr. Pratt’s was one of the strong questions of the president Nana Addo Dankwa’s encounter with the press in Accra last Wednesday.
‘This so far one   of the best follow-up questions ever posed to the president during the encounter’ he said.
Dr. Adu -Gyemfi made this revelation on the ‘Epa Hoa Daben’ show hosted by Kwame Afifa-Mensah on Accra-based Happy FM  discussing the aftermath of the president’s encounter with the media.
He commended the editor for being swift his thoughts for pinching the president on his thoughts about the ongoing probe into the cash for seats saga at Parliament.
On the appointment of Martin Alamisi Amidu, the former Attorney-General and Minister of Justice in the late president Prof John Mills and National Democratic Congress’ administration as the Special Prosecutor, he said Mr. Amidu cannot fail because when he fails that office has collapsed.
If Mr. Amidu fails as the special prosecutor then the office which many feel can deal with the numerous issues of corruption will be dead.
