One-district –factory sites breeding rats-Kofi Adams

The National Organizer of the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has taunted the flagship One-District –One factory project of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) as fast becoming breeding grounds for rats across the regions.
According to Kofi Adams, barely two years on the NPP cannot lay claims to one factory being built under the programme.
He says nothing is on-going at the various identifies sites of the project popularly known as 1D1F rather it has turn into breeding grounds for games across the country.
Kofi Adams made this comment on the ‘Epa Hoa Daben’ show hosted by Kwame Afrifa-Mensah on Accra-based Happy FM.
‘;Go to the much publicized factory sites of the 1D1F and all what one will be greeted with is rats having field day because the NPP has failed to weed the lands allocated for the construction of the factories  he claimed.
He admitted that the construction of factories are ingredients for development but the way and manner the president and his NPP administration are going about it is not right.
