One of Ghana’s favourite artiste and dancehall king, Shatta Wale, has finally spoken few hours after the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards ended.
Shatta Wale won only one award at the event which is the Best Collaboration of the year.
He posted on his Facebook page congratulating all the winners. Shatta Wale was tipped by his fans to even win the artiste of the year award as the he dropped hints on social media hours before the event.
The 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards came off in grand style at the Accra International Conference Center (AICC), Saturday, April 14.
The event which was the 19th edition of the award scheme was under the theme, “Our Music Beyond Borders.” Recognised as the biggest night in Ghana’s music industry, the night awarded musicians who have excelled in their careers over the past year.
The award ceremony also saw the attendance of several personalities in the entertainment industry in Ghana and Africa.
