Music does not become a hit by accident – Rex Omar

Rex Owusu Marfo known in showbiz as Rex Omar, a veteran high life musician has asserted that hit songs do not happen by chance.
Speaking to 2018 Best Music Promoter of the Year, DJ Advicer on Happy FM’s Ayekoo After Drive Show, the highlife legend posited that, a song will become a hit based on the rhythm produced by the beat that the sound engineer or producer creates to accompany the song.
“Music does not become a hit by accident, because before you go to the studio you have to know what you are going to do is a hit,” Omar stated on Happy FM.
“The beat that the sound engineer or producer puts on your song attracts DJs to play your songs so you have to know .’’
Rex has been awarded severally for his good music and is currently the chairman of GHAMRO.
