Officers from the Madina District Police Command in the Greater Accra Region on Friday shot dead a suspected armed robber, and arrested his partner after engaging the police in a serious gun battle..
According to an eyewitness, the deceased was shot when he attempted to run over a Police officer with a car the robbers operated with at the Madina, Okponglo traffic light near the Standard Board Authority building.
