The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has dissolved the Ghana Football Association (GFA) with immediate effect.
The President took the decision after the revelations made in Anas’ ‘Number 12’ exposé.
The documentary was premiered Wednesday, June 6th, and shook Ghana football to the core with the nonchalant corruption embedded in every level of the game.
Most Ghanaians have been calling for a similar solution and it looks like the President has heeded the call for once.
Parliament has also planned to form a select committee to probe Ghana football.
