President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has paid a surprise visit to the Black Stars during their final training session at the Addis Ababa Stadium this afternoon.
Nana Addo, who is currently in Ethiopia for the 11th Extraordinary Session of the African Union (AU) Assembly took some time off his busy schedule to inspire the national team ahead of sunday’s AFCON qualifier against the Walias.
The four-time Africa champions occupy third spot on the Group F table with 2 four points, but with a two-game in hand following the cancellation of their double-header clash against Sierra Leone last month.
A win for Ghana will send them 2nd above Ethiopia who they beat 5-0 in the opening round of qualifying back in June last year.
