The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is currently holding its 9th National Delegates Congress at the Fantasy Dome-Trade Fair, Accra. After more than twelve hours since polls opened, a substantial number of the delegates have still not cast their ballot.

Although polls have not ended,Happyghana.com after assessing the reaction of delegates from the congress grounds can confidently project that incumbent General Secretary, Johnson Aseidu Nketia is in pole position to retain his position as the General Secretary of the NDC.

His contender and current deputy General Secretary, Koku Anyidoho also stand the chance of winning but will not be on the silver platter for him [Anyidoho].
