Captain of Medeama SC, Joseph Tetteh-Zutah, has urged the Normalisation Committee and the Ghana Premier League (GPL) clubs to sortout their differences to enable the Special Competition take place.

The Committee’s Special Competition was cancelled last week after the Committee failed to come into agreement with the Premier League clubs who were demanding for transparency concerning the financial details of $1.2 million received by the Normalisation Committee from the government to revive local football.

“The Normalization committee should try and solve the problem with club owners and organize the competition again,” Zutah told Ohene Bampoe-Brenya on Happy FM’s ‘Anopa Bosuo Sports’.

According to him, the players have been affected immensely as a result of the cancellation of this tournament.

“We are the main actors and victims in this whole situation so they must consider us and bring back our football.”

“The Normalization committee and club owners must sit and solve their problems because we the players are the victims,” he added.
