Voting has officially ended for the 2019 Edition of ‘Live Inside and Win the Ride’ (LIWTR) reality show with 5 people coming up as the finalists to enter the coveted Renault Duster SUV as the reality show begins on June 7.

Voting began for 13 candidates who made it through auditions for the LIWTR reality show on May 29 and ended on June 5, 2019. Out of the 13, the first 5 with the highest votes will be selected to commence the reality show.

The 13 candidates were Osei Boateng, Baffour Gyan Isaac, Nyalemegbe Raymond, Godfred Awaliga, Gifty Eyram Holyfa, Comfort Dogbe, Ada Atayobor, Jason Kwadwo Sankoh, Samuel Kofi Asare, Richmond Kofi Asare, Zara Sulley, Selorm Dotse Kudiabor and Dennis Ananoore.

Speaking about the five finalists, Ese Adjabeng, Project Manager for LIWTR said, “A lot of votes came in for our 13 candidates. Out of those votes, the team will select the top five individuals with the highest votes as the lucky contestants to enter into the car.”

“ Votes are currently being collated and when that is done, we will announced the names of these lucky 5 contestants on June 7, at the Accra Mall as we usher them into the Renault Duster SUV to kick start the reality show.”

She urged the general public to follow the reality show live on e. TV Ghana, YFM and Happy FM to know what their favorite contestants are doing in the car.

“You can also follow the reality show on www.happyghana.com, www.etvghana.com and www.yfmghana.com or on the official Social Media pages of the show @wintheride across all platforms see the twists and turns as they unfold during their stay in the car.

The concept of LIWTR competition by Global Media Alliance Group, owners of YFM, Happy FM and e.TV Ghana, is to bring together five individuals from different backgrounds across the country to endure sitting together in a Renault Duster SUV. During that period, contestants are evicted till there is one person left. The ‘last man/woman standing’ wins the car.

The 2019 ‘Live Inside and Win the Ride’ reality show is sponsored by Premium Motors (Distributors of Renault in Ghana), Accra Mall, Le Banzini Restaurant, Pizza Inn, Chicken Inn and Creamy Inn, Equator Mobile Phones Ghana Limited, Telefonika, Yah, Omega Securities, Total Clinic, Ghanaweb and The Mall Pharmacy.
